The PHAA organises two major conferences for its members, the Annual Conference and the Immunisation Conference.
The PHAA Branches also organise and hold State Conferences throughout the year.
The Annual Conference is held in late September and provides an opportunity for all members and others to meet for the exchange of ideas and information on public health issues.
The Immunisation Conference is held on alternative years. It is the major public health conference in the Australasian Pacific region with immunisation as its focus.
In 2008 the Public Health Association of Australia's Annual Conference will take the form of the Population Health Congress. This will be a collaborative effort between the PHAA and the following organisations:
